In this Lab., we study governing equations for biomaterials, electronic materials and porous-typed functional materials. Moreover, we measure the mechanical properties of the materials through experimental tests, and do the stress and deformation analysis and reliability evaluation for their practical applications using finite element method and the concepts of reverse engineering. Also, the investigation of defects and their behaviors within the materials is carried out by means of nondestructive evaluation using micro focus X-ray CT system.
