¡á	Research fields include the topics related to the functionalization of natural and synthetic fibers by chemical modification in general. Especially recent projects have been studied on the chemical recycling conditions of poly(ethylene terephthalate) via glycolysis and the preparation of regenerated cellulose by using carbon dioxide(modified viscose rayon system). Future researches studied are expected to prepare the complex fibers of anionic polysaccharide(chitosan) and ionic polypeptides(such as silk fibroin or wool keratose) and to study its mechanical properties and applications.
